How Do I View My Offers?
Your offers can be viewed within the SafeOpt Dashboard by visiting the Offer Tab. In the offer tab, you can find details on all of your active and inactive orders.
Active Offers
These offers are shown at the top and marked with a green In Use label.
To make an offer inactive, apply a different active offer. Offers that are attached to a campaign that has not started will be marked with a gray Upcoming label.
Inactive Offers
Archived offers are found in this section.
What Is The Offer Card And What Does It Contain?
The Offer Card shows essential information about the offer. It includes:
Offer Name: The name you give your offer.
Offer Details: What’s being offered to the end user.
Offer Type: Single-Use (recommended) or Static codes.
Backup Offer Code: A code to use if the single-use code list runs out.
How Do I Modify An Existing Offer
To change an existing offer, follow these steps:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the Offer Card.
Select one of these options:
Edit Offer Details: To change the offer's name, edit the static/backup offer code, update Offer Exclusive to SafeOpt option
Add Single Use Codes: To add more codes.
Change Email Notifications: To add, edit or delete email addresses that receive a notification when single use codes are running low.
View Offer Disclosure: To see the offer’s details.
Deactivate Offer: To stop using the offer. This is not available for offers that are attached to an active campaign.
For Inactive Offers, you can only View Offer Disclosure.
How Do I Create A New Offer?
To Start Creating A New Offer:
Click +Create New Offer button.
Choose the offer type and fill out the values:
Percent/Dollar Off: Choose the type and input the amount.
Free Shipping: Enter the minimum order amount or set to $0
Free Gift With Purchase: Enter the gift name and minimum order amount or set to $0
Or a combination of the above.
Click Continue.
To Set Up The Offer Code:
First, select between Single-Use or Static Codes.
Single-Use codes are unique offer codes that are able to be used one time.
Static Codes are a generic offer code that can be used many times by anyone.
Single-Use Codes:
Upload a CSV file containing the codes by selecting or dragging and dropping.
Add a Backup Offer Code.
Ensure the code is unique to SafeOpt for tracking accuracy.
Add an alert email address for low-code notifications .
Click Continue to proceed.
Static Codes:
Input your Static Code and ensure it's unique to SafeOpt.
If you're concerned about code leakage, use the Single-Use option.
Click Continue to proceed.
Adding The Offer Disclosure:
Choose the Offer Disclosure information that is applicable to your offer. This information will appear at the bottom of the SafeOpt email.
If a disclosure is not needed, select Not Applicable.
Review the disclosure preview to confirm.
Click Continue.
Setting The Offer Name
The Offer Name is automatically filled based on your selections. To set a new offer name, simply click into the box and update the text.
Once set, click Continue.
Once you’ve completed all the steps, you’ll have successfully created your new offer!
