You can reset your password through a few different methods.
While Logged In:
Click on your email address in the upper right corner.
Select your email address again from the dropdown.
Under Password, click Reset Password.
Enter a matching password into the New and Confirm Password fields.
Scroll down to the bottom and click Save Changes.
From The Login Page:
Navigate to the login page at SafeOpt Login.
Click Forgot password?
In the pop-up menu, enter your email address.
If you don’t receive an email, make sure you’re using the same email address you used to communicate with us initially.
If you still don’t receive the email, please contact our Help Team.
Open the email with the subject Email recovery.
The sender will be [email protected].
Note: This email is time-sensitive! It expires one hour after delivery.
Click the link that says Click here.
Enter a matching password into the New and Confirm Password fields.
Click Submit. You should see a pop-up confirming a successful reset.
Navigate back to the login page at SafeOpt Login.
Re-enter your email and new password, then click Log In.
