How Do I Reset My Password?

Guide on resetting your password via account settings or the login page.

You can reset your password through a few different methods.

While Logged In:

  1. Click on your email address in the upper right corner.

  2. Select your email address again from the dropdown.

  3. Under Password, click Reset Password.

  4. Enter a matching password into the New and Confirm Password fields.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save Changes.

From The Login Page:

  1. Navigate to the login page at SafeOpt Login.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. In the pop-up menu, enter your email address.

    • If you don’t receive an email, make sure you’re using the same email address you used to communicate with us initially.

      • If you still don’t receive the email, please contact our Help Team.

  4. Open the email with the subject Email recovery.

    • The sender will be [email protected].

    • Note: This email is time-sensitive! It expires one hour after delivery.

  5. Click the link that says Click here.

  6. Enter a matching password into the New and Confirm Password fields.

  7. Click Submit. You should see a pop-up confirming a successful reset.

  8. Navigate back to the login page at SafeOpt Login.

  9. Re-enter your email and new password, then click Log In.
